Terms of Service
Beta version, effective July 12, 2026. This document will get a plain notice and a fresh date whenever it changes.
The short version
DesignBrain is in beta. It's free for approved members while we stress test, your content stays yours, and we ask you to use the service like a reasonable person.
The beta
The service is provided as a private beta: features change, occasional breakage is possible, and we may adjust limits (like AI allowances and board participant caps) to keep the service healthy. When paid plans launch, beta members get clear notice before anything starts costing money.
Your content
You own what you create. You give us the limited license needed to store it, sync it, back it up, and show it to the people you share it with. Public read only links show that board to anyone with the link. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content or use.
- No attempting to break, overload, or probe the service.
- No abusing AI allowances or resale of access.
- Collaboration features act on your behalf; you're responsible for what your account does.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep DesignBrain up, but the beta is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which during the beta is zero.
Ending things
You can delete your account any time from Account and security. We can suspend accounts that break these terms; we'll say why. Export is always available first when practical.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll notify you by email or in the product with a fresh effective date.
