FAQ

What does the beta actually cost?

Nothing. Approved members get the full Professional tier free while we stress test. There is no card on file and no trial countdown.

When does billing start?

After the beta, once the product has been hardened with real use. Beta members get clear notice before anything changes, plus founding member treatment when it does.

What happens to my boards if I don't upgrade later?

They stay yours. Boards never get held hostage: you keep access, and export (PNG and Mermaid) is part of the free tier.

Are there limits during the beta?

Sensible ones: AI usage has a monthly allowance so nobody can burn the house down, and boards hold up to 25 live collaborators.

Do you offer education or nonprofit pricing?

We will. If that's you, mention it when you request access and we'll make sure the beta works for you.
